The hotel was charming, clean. The room was welcoming and outstanding with the extra single bed, space for clothes, fridge, just what was needed. The staff was super, outstanding, and responded promptly to requests. The location was awesome, close to Fact. There was a lovely bar with nice service.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was terrible, and the bed was extremely squeaky.

Overall it was a lovely stay for the next 2 nights. The location of the hotel was marvellous and enjoyable - at a walking distance from Coverstar Experiences. Moreover, it's close to the centre of town, RESTAURANT and Liverpool. The folks working here were efficient and amiable.

The stay with good service and breakfast certainly was great value for money. The location in a central area was magnificent and perfect and there were a mall and supermarkets nearby. Also, Liverpool Cathedral was at a short distance.
